WDW Countdown Chain: 17-15

With every passing day our October WDW trip gets a little bit closer! To celebrate I'm counting down 20 things that I'm looking forward to on this trip...some old and some new experiences have found their way onto the list.  Make sure you check out 20-18...

   17: Biergarten

Number 17 comes from the standpoint of oldie but goody.  Epcot's Biergarten is a requirement of every Walt Disney World vacation. You may be wondering how two vegetarians can eat at Biergarten, but worry not! This buffet is filled with wonderful veggie options (in addition to copious meats...) and the atmosphere is the most charming in all of Disney World.  We like to visit for lunch, when the price is heavily reduced. And we always plan our reservation to coincide with the amazing house oompah band.

   16: Epcot's Food & Wine Festival

Speaking of Epcot...the International Food & Wine Festival is in full swing.  We always find an evening or two to eat around the Marketplace booths around World Showcase.  The veggie options are seriously lacking this year, but there are a few new items that I'm excited to try.  PLUS plenty of new beers on this years menu.  I will brave the elevated weekend crowds and these beers WILL BE MINE...

   15: Halloween Decorations

How could I make a list of 20 things I'm excited about and NOT include Halloween decorations?  Each year the decorations go up earlier and earlier...this year towards the end of August. That may be overkill for most people, but I can't get enough of Halloween at the Magic Kingdom, and I say bring it on.  I love seeing Main Street USA all festooned with autumnal garlands and plastic pumpkins galore. I'm sure to be a weepy mess the first time I walk through the gates. :)

Join us next week as I continue the countdown! And if you want to follow along on our vacation make sure to follow us on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram where we will be updating constantly.

  2. Chain law is publicized by road signs and state road condition portals- websites, road condition hotlines, and therefore the like. You'll usually only see chain law enter effect on mountain passes, but states can require chains on any roadway that encounters dangerous winter travel conditions. Some states require that truckers carry the minimum required chains through the winter months, albeit they are not getting to tie down . many nations may allow cables rather than chains, but most would require truckers to hold chains. Cables are generally frowned on for being less effective.
