The hearth is a thing of wonder in itself. The detail that went into this are outstanding, and really need to be observed in person within the context of the room and lodge. Here are a few of the artifacts located on the fireplace...

From experience, this room is often deserted completely, providing a great place for you to relax. There will be people poking around every once in a while, but for the most part its all yours to enjoy. A favorite past time is grabbing a drink at the nearby Sanaa bar and enjoying it at the Palace Library.
