How To Make Vegan Tonga Toast

   In the realm of Disney Cult Foods rarely does a breakfast item rival tonga toast for shear omnipresent notoriety.  The basis of which is simple: heavenly carbs.  Sourdough bread french toast, stuffed with bananas, covered in sugar and cinnamon.  Pretty simple right? Yes indeed!  Here is my version...both vegan and baked (as opposed to deep fried).  Delicious is the word of the day my friends...enjoy.


   Boy that was fun...but now I'm on carb overload.  I need to pack on some pounds so I can hibernate this winter and never leave my house. :)
