How To Make Epcot's Notorious School Bread!

   So, I've been on a Disney cooking kick lately.  We've already tackled French Markets four cheese gratin, veggie favorite bunny chow, and breakfast icon tonga toast! 
   Today I'm proud to bring you my ULTIMATE NUMBER ONE FAVORITE DISNEY SNACK!!!!! Yes sir! Today we're making that cult favorite, direct from Epcot's Norway pavilion, School Bread.


 
   If anyone attempts this, let me know how it comes out!  We ate everyone one of these over the course of two days.  My tummy still hurts. :)

  3. I remember learning how to make school bread in school ages ago. It's pretty fascinating to see how much people seem to love it when they have it in EPCOT because it always seemed pretty average to me. Definitively need to try the EPCOT version to see if it tastes different from the ones you can get over here in [non-EPCOT] Norway. (Both the shop version and the homemade ones!)

    Good on you for making a vegan version, that's pretty awesome.
