Your Morning At Epcot...At Home!

I'm sure that by now most of you have noticed my insane love/fascination/obsession with Disney background music (BGM).  I blog about it, tweet about it, bring it up in conversations...I'm pretty nuts.  The quantity alone (available on youtube, and esoteric sites like Mouse World Radio) has made this obsession insanely possible.
One of the catalysts toward this hobby has been the need for unobtrusive music in my own home, as I go about my daily chores.  Trust me, you've never cleaned your bathroom, unless you've cleaned it listening to the Adventureland BGM loop.   I spent almost every morning for the last three years listening to the opening ceremony at the Magic Kingdom, followed by an hour of main street usa music...brought to us by the previously mentioned Mouse World Radio.

more after the jump...

Then, out of nowhere, something clicked.  I realized that I needed to change my routine, and Epcot it shall be.   I've created a Youtube playlist precisely following an Epcot rope drop.  Start playing it at 8:40 AM.

1 - Line up at Epcot turnstiles. (entrance music)
2 - Walk through Innoventions toward The Land pavilion.
   3 - Ride Soarin.
4 - Walk through Innoventions again...
   5 - Ride Test Track
   6 - Innoventions again...toward the land
7 - Ride Living With The Land...
   8 - Nemo
   9 - Through Innoventions....
   10 - Ellen's Energy Adventure
   11 - Spaceship Earth
   12 - Fountain of Nations...

At this point it should be around 11:00...which means that World Showcase is opening up.   Like any civilized human, we will be traveling around the lagoon clockwise, starting in Mexico.  Enjoy background music and attractions from each country.  We end our evening with Illuminations...as if there were any other way.
But seriously, please enjoy this silly playlist I put together, and have a very Epcot day.

  1. I'm sure you must already know about this awesome site, but just in case, have you ever checked out D-Cot? You could listen to BGM for hours! They have park and resort music too!

  2. Ok… just found your blog and this post is amazing! So many exciting thoughts and I’m not sure how to organize them:
    1. BGM is amazing and I listen to WDW radio constantly
    2. Everything is better with the Adventureland BMG Loop and now I want to clean my bathroom
    3. When I’m in my car and the Monorail audio comes on it’s fantastic (even though I won’t be arriving at “Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa”)
    4. Your EPCOT loop makes me so happy… hello new morning routine!
    5. Thanks to Sarah’s comment above I just registered for d-cot.com and my head is about to explode with all of the music at my fingertips. Why… yes I WOULD like to listen to the TTA audio right NOW!
    6. I WILL be playing the Tower of Terror queue music at my next cocktail party

So glad I found your site!

    1. Don't know if you ever listen to the podcast WDW Radio but the newest episode features an interview with Bruce Broughton! I haven't listened yet but thought I would pass along to a fellow fan.

  4. Subsonic Radio (just google it) is a good one. They've got 2 BGM-only stations, a few request stations and a few scheduled stations. Mouse World Radio is great too! Most of my mornings begin with Main St. BGM =P Where do you get your music? I've used mousebits...but I feel it's somewhat limited.
