A Few Thoughts On This Random Trip...

We are back home after this random and super short trip to Walt Disney World....the circumstances of which you can read about here.  Long story made short, a small Disney trip is just as magical and wonderful as a long 11 night trip.   Here is a short wrap up, day by day, of what we did.

Sunday:  Checked into the Contemporary around 6:30, just in time for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party! Stayed at the party until midnight.

I'm an owl. Adam is a squirrel without a tail.

more after the jump...
Monday:  Adam is at his convention until 3:00.  Andrew "rope drops" Epcot and experiences all his favorite attractions, then walks to Hollywood Studios and does the same, and has lunch at 50's Prime Time.   We both meet up for the last couple of hours at Animal Kingdom and get to ride our beloved Primeval Whirl...then drive over to Epcot to indulge at the Food & Wine festival / Illuminations.

 Yum...food and wine beer.

Tuesday:  Adam is at his convention until 3:00.  Andrew "rope drops" The Magic Kingdom...goes on almost every attraction in the park in a matter of hours....takes a billion pictures for the blog.   We both meet up at The Magic Kingdom and ride our favorite attractions together, using Fast Passes that Andrew collected that morning.   Dinner at Boma over at Animal Kingdom Lodge, take some pictures.  Back at the Contemporary we watched Hallowishes (from our room!!!!!) and then the Water Pagent.

 Water pageant time!

Wednesday:  Adam is at his convention until 2:00.  Andrew visits all four parks before having to leave WDW at 3:00...riding several attractions in each. (plus a million more pictures)

Andrew, solo touring, and solo picture taking.

Stay tuned, as tomorrow we will give actual opinions on some of the new things we experienced:   Not So Scary, The Contemporary, Boma, the water pageant etc...
